Job Title: Marketing Associate




About the Role

We are looking for a creative, details-oriented marketer that has an entrepreneurial mindset and a knack for learning things fast. You see details and patterns in data that others don’t, and are driven to solve problems using your creativity, persistence, and sheer hard work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep passion for tech, be comfortable with trends and data analysis, utilize your creativity to help support organic growth, and have a strong understand of the customer experience. You must be constantly willing to learn new things and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


What you will be responsible for:

  • Create supporting marketing materials for channel partners and sales enablement
  • Support the entire customer acquisition cycle from sales lead, product implementation, and customer support
  • Maintain our digital assets across all our web assets and social media channels
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop engaging marketing programs to drive customer growth and retention
  • Partner with the marketing manager to develop and monitor marketing metrics in order to understand healthy client habits and identify clients at risk
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing activities: analyze campaign performance through thoughtful and insightful reporting
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

What we are looking for:

  • A recent graduate (mandatory) with a BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field
  • A self-starter initiative and a problem-solving mentality
  • A good communicator, loves to read, and writes great prose
  • Fast learner, a strong willingness to learn new things, and highly organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multiple project environment
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • A strong aptitude for using and learning marketing tools and programs (graphics editing, email marketing platforms, survey tools, website development, etc.)
  • Customer centric, with a strong ability to understand customer insights and from them drive campaigns

Job Type:

  • Full time


Experience:

  • 2yrs of aggregate work experience in a customer service or business-related role (preferred)
  • Marketing, branding or business-related experience (preferred)
  • Working experience in a tech company (preferred)
  • Leadership role in a voluntary role (preferred)
